The apartment is very central and is right by the Sagrada Família. A metro (subway) and bus station are a 2-minute walk away. A bakery and a small supermarket in case of an emergency are right in the Starße. I'm afraid there is no sound isolation in the house, which is why you can hear a lot about other apartments or even from the Trepoenhaus during the day and night. The bathroom and kitchen are very tightly built. Building contact with the owners was good, there was always a reliable contact person in case of problems. We stayed for 5 weeks and we enjoyed it very much. If you are not so fussy, I would recommend the apartment.

We stay for more than 20 days. The best is the location, the beds and the price. The worst is that the charge you more if you exceed a certain quota of electricity -which was not mentioned in the description and everything is electrical- and the WiFi is terrible. After that the host is nice and the Sagrada Familia view is great.

The apartment is very well located, you have food stores, market, library, cafes, walking places, the entrance to the metro is right on the corner. The only detail is that at night it usually makes a little noise for people who arrive at the restaurants.

My stay was for 2 months for work/ pleasure reasons. The first month I traveled with my family and while the apartment is equipped for 4/5 people, it was difficult to get around, especially in the kitchen. Amazing location overlooking the family sanctuary and a short walk from the subway. Very comfortable apartment, except for the bathroom and kitchen, which although they are very well equipped for long stays, are very small. Noisy rooms, the main one faces the street and the other one is internal to the staircase and other floors. There is constant movement, and you can hear what they talk about on the floor next door. The same in terms of cost and location, these inconveniences are more than acceptable.The wifi is another weak spot, at noon and night it was difficult to connect, I assume the network was used by all guests and that's why the data transfer was very slow.Highly recommended due to the location

The location is incredible - in town and directly next to an L5/L2 metro station, so it is very well connected, with a balcony offering great views of the Sagrada Familia (although we were told that we couldn't put a table or chair outside as advertised in the photos). Although we were of course aware in advance of the endless construction of the Sagrada Familia and that it is a tourist zone, we didn't expect it to be so noisy within the apartment - from the main bedroom you can hear all noise on the whole street at night, in the 2nd bedroom you can hear all noise in the whole building it seems, including all doors closing and every use of the lift. From anywhere during the day you will hear the loud construction works and buskers. For a short term stay this is worth it for the location though, knowing you will mostly be out. The host was helpful and responsive when we had issues and looked to resolve them, though the energy allowance was very tight. Unbeatable location, good wifi.
