This is a great apartment, and I hope I will be coming back! The location could not be better. It's within 30 seconds' walk of Sagrada Familia, the Metro, dozens of restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries etc. It's within 5 minutes' walk of several supermarkets. And it's within 30 minutes' walk of plenty of places of interest including the beach, La Rambla and Parc Ciutudella. It's modern, the living areas are roomy and well decorated, and everything was as shown in the photos (although were of another similar apartment). The air con was great, although I didn't often need it because the apartment never got uncomfortably hot (despite 35c heatwave). Wifi was good. The block is also home to a lot of other Airbnb apartments, but I only had a problem with noise one night (aside the usual doors slamming, noise in stairwell etc) which was quickly dealt with by my host. The kitchen was well equipped (although small), and the bathroom was tiny but it was fine for me. Only feedback here is to say that the shelf wasn't fixed on the wall properly meaning there wasn't anywhere to keep toiletries. The host was 35 minutes late on arrival, but very apologetic and always made himself very available throughout the stay so I was very impressed overall. Highly recommended!

Comfortable apartment, very well located. We rented this apartment for a long stay of 2 months. The best thing is the location 1/2 block from the Sagrada Familia. Well connected by transportation and many services. It is very well equipped in terms of tasteful furniture and in very good condition, not so the kitchen equipment. Missing utensils such as spraying dishes, small breakfast dishes, fountains and grills for cooking, open cans, only 2 plates for soup, no dessert dishes, etc. The largest flaw in the apartment is the internet connection. It is very unstable, it is cut off at every time, the signal disappears from time to time and at night when all the apartments are occupied it is impossible to connect. This issue was communicated to the owner and it is worth noting that they tried to fix it more than once but unfortunately it was never fully fixed, although it improved a little at night it was always very difficult to connect. Internet connection was very important to us because my wife was taking an online course and I was working remotely, so we had to be connected at all times and we were often unable to do so. All in all my conclusion: It is a perfect apartment for short tourist stays but I don't think it is ideal for extended stays.

I spent two months at this location and felt all in all very comfortable. The house is nearby the very famous cathedrale Sagrada Familia and the neighbourhood offers very nice restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and nothing was missing. Matteo, the host, is a great guy. Very helpful and always friendly.

I rented this apartment for one month, however, for a reason listed below, I stayed in it for a week only. Overall, the apartment was nice, and provided all the basic needs, plus the location was great! The downsides of the apartment are: Tiny bathroom and shower space, weak internet, AC is only in the living room (Although they provide fans). Also, because the apartment is owned by an agency, you don't get the experience of living at a really "owned" apartment by someone else. I was unlucky that during my stay, the people staying at the apartment above me decided to put new parquet, and I couldn't get a good sleep for a few days. However, the agency were really kind to modify my stay, discount the rate, and refund me the rest, without arguing! I would say that dealing with the agency was the best part of my stay, and I'm sure they would do their best to make your stay great.

Excellent service, very good value for the money. We are very happy with our stay in Barcelona and the kindness of the hosts.
