Great vacation

Everything was great, but I would have liked to have gotten a more specific information about where to park for free - and where to get a ticket!

The most part of this review is based on the second place where we have been staying until the end of our trip in L' Estartit, but also for the agency as a whole. Honestly, we did have a problem with our first rental, but by communicating, the agency solved the problem by giving us very attractive options to choose from. The second place was perfect: location, tranquility, swimming pool. The agency, and especially Nico, was very helpful and responsive. If it happens that you have a problem, just tell it and they will find a solution. Thank you for your service and your problem-solving capacities! If we will come back, we will definitely use the same agency again!

We arrived at the apartment, neatly cared for and clean impression. Most of it is available, including ironing, and ironing, broom mop and our darling, the WASHING MACHINE!! Most utensils were also provided. However, the number of people (6) is not really real for us, sofa bed is not really comfortable with 2 people. A 4 person apartment is more real or just like us with 3 children is fine.!! If he comes back online we would like to come back. Until 2024!!

The apartment is in a great location close to shops bars and the beach, right in the city centre. Unfortunately, it is not very clean and some of the amenities do not work properly. The bed in the bedroom is too soft so we had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. During our stay, we found two large cockroaches in the apartment. The bathroom is really small and stinky and the toilet doesn’t flush properly. The cooker is very slow and the kettle doesn’t switch off. There is a washing machine but it doesn’t spin dry. For the quality of accommodation, the price is way too high. Not recommended.

A small apartment in a very good area of Estartit.

Unfortunately, we couldn't stay at our place due to water damage. However, Nico was great and went to great lengths to find us a place to sleep at the last minute. The agency was unable to replace us but refunded us within 24 hours. We will try to return because the place was very promising, however in the off-season as parking seemed very complicated.
