Check-in and check-out:
The reception of the guests takes place in our office, at calle Església, 34, planta baja, 17258 Estartit. Check-in hours are from 4pm to 10pm. We will give you the keys and a map to your apartment. Regular check-in time: 3pm - 7pm. Check-out: before 10am.
Use of the properties:
The client undertakes to preserve and take care of the apartment, as well as all its contents in perfect condition. An inspection will be carried out upon entry and exit to ensure that everything is left as it was found. We reserve the right of admission.
The properties are cleaned and prepared for the cleaning staff prior to your arrival. Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but can be hired as an additional service.
Although you are a temporary tenant, as in any apartment building, please be respectful of your neighbors, especially in the hallways.
We charge a prepaid 30% to guarantee the reservation. If proper notification is provided up to 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your initial payment. If you cancel 29 or fewer days prior to arrival, the prepaid 30% will not be refunded.
Reservation confirmations are automatically generated on the screen when the user accepts the reservation and are also sent by email after the reservation. There is the possibility that this confirmation reaches the 'spam' folder in the user's email client, so that the user, in case of not receiving this email, check all their email folders.
We recommend that you print or save this confirmation in a PDF format when you finalize your reservation.
