Wonderful two-story house, perfect for a relaxing vacation. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a large private pool, a porch, and a garden, this place is ideal for disconnecting. The garden is an oasis of tranquility and privacy, with several resting areas with loungers to enjoy the sun.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with three sofas, television, and 600 Mb Wi-Fi connection, with access to the garden and balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a microwave, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. From the dining room, you can access the porch, which has a small chill-out area, a table with chairs, two barbecues, and views of the garden and pool.
On this same floor, there are three bedrooms: a suite with a private bathroom and a double bed, and two triple rooms with two single beds and a trundle bed each. You will also find a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer for added convenience.
On the first floor, there is a spacious double room with a private bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace with a chill-out area and magnificent views.
Access to the house is via a staircase of about 20 steps. Parking is available on the street, as it is located in a quiet and family-friendly area.

We stayed for two nights and the host was so extremely helpful. The place is exactly as described, even provided us with fans due to extreme weather. Everything was so perfect but the highlight I must say is the terrace upstairs as well as the pool. As a family of 10, we felt comfortable, safe and will 100% be rebooking it with our other family friends! Lovely Place.
Genial comunicación con el anfitrión, casa súper bonita. La única pega que le pondría sería el tema de las basuras, que no hay cerca de la urbanización. Lo demás todo perfecto

Casa ideal, limpia, grande y bien complementada para grupos grandes. Se agradecen el juego de toallas. La piscina grande y limpia. Como algún inconveniente sería el tema de basuras pero es organizarse bien. Resolutivos y disponibilidad inmediata vía whats. Definitivamente, repetiremos en un futuro.
We stayed as a family of 5 at the end of May 2026 and we absolutely loved the villa. It’s set in a lovely location, in a peaceful residential area on the side of a hill, yet it is only 5 min drive to the nearest Aldi, and just a 10min drive to several gorgeous beach coves, or to platja d’Aro where there are lots of nice restaurants. The villa has everything you could need - the kitchen was fully equipped - there were spices/salt/pepper/coffee/tea/dishwasher tablets/laundry detergent etc, a great newly built coal bbq, and toys for the kids. It really felt like a home from home. The air conditioning is great and the beds comfortable so we all slept well. The garden is private + the pool is amazing- we’ve never had a pool as big in a villa before! It is HUGE!! We all enjoyed the pool + the kids were thrilled to find a trampoline and table tennis in the garden too! Sistach rentals were very helpful and friendly, and quick to respond. We had a fantastic time, and will definitely be back!
