Flat with views of the Sagrada Familia

A very interesting stay. Location immediately across from Sagrada Familia, so the view was fantastic and is a nice safe area. Several cafes and shops are available and 2 full grocery stores within 1-2 blocks. As expected, it is a busy area. The unit itself is basic, no frills. It's all about the location. We stayed for 2 months and had to buy some cooking utensils, although the bare basics were available. We only had 2 issues: 1) 2 of the 3 electric window blinds were non-operational and never fixed, therefore unusable The 2nd is more of a building management issue. Pigeons had broken through the mesh on the outside of the building and made a home in the ceiling. They were quite noisy and caused dirt to fall through the lighting canisters onto beds. Management quickly fixed the gaps by the canisters but the pigeons remained. We also had significant rain water coming through the lighting canisters our last 2 days requiring a bucket. Overall, its an ok unit, great location.

We stayed as Sistachi for a month and it was a very good experience! Pros: - Great view (park and Sagrada). - Has AC which was needed in June. - Felt spacious for 2 people. - Has everything you need. - The company was responsive and helpful. Cons: - The area (2 blocks around the Sagrada Familia) are very busy as you can imagine. - The kitchen is equipped with the basics. If you like to cook you might need to make some adjustments. - Upon arrival, the company asked us to sign a contract that included a limited free electricity allowance and a €350 deposit. We hadn’t been informed about this beforehand, so we raised the issue. They apologised and acknowledged it shouldn’t have happened, and didn’t pursue it further. Just make sure to clarify these details before your stay so you’re fully prepared. We would highly recommend this place. It did the job and we enjoyed our stay 😊.

If I could describe the apartment in one phrase, I would say it's a dream! We had a fantastic time and thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality! *The only thing to note is that the elevator is triangular in shape and tiny

Mi familia tuvo una experiencia increíble en este Airbnb. Los anfitriones fueron siempre muy amables y estuvieron al pendiente de cualquier detalle, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún mejor.
