Security Deposit: 300€ security deposit is due to be paid upon arrival and it is refunded on your departure day after checking the apartment.
Our regular working hours: Check in: 16h-23h; Check out: at any time before 12h (noon).
Early Check-in: If you arrive earlier than 16h: starting from 12.30h (not before) you can leave your suitcases at the apartment. If your apartment is already cleaned and prepared, we’ll be glad to check you in, but this is not always possible.
Late Check-in: (after 23h) is possible ONLY until 2am and there is a surcharge (these fees are NOT negotiable, and they are due to be paid in cash upon arrival):

00h-01h: 30€
01h-02h: 50€
Late Check-out is not possible. The latest check-out time is 12h (noon).

The Sagrada Família neighbourhood is one of the most iconic and practical areas of Barcelona. The apartment is situated opposite the temple and right on Avinguda Gaudí, a pleasant pedestrian boulevard full of life.
In the surroundings you will find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops and supermarkets, as well as essential services for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
Recommended Transport
The location is excellent for getting around Barcelona. The Sagrada Família metro station, with lines L2 and L5, is right opposite and allows easy access to the city centre, Passeig de Gràcia, the Eixample and other points of interest.
There are also several bus lines, taxi ranks and good connections for travelling on foot or by public transport. Many restaurants, services and attractions are within walking distance.
