This website is for personal and private use only. Any distribution, modification, transformation, extraction, public display and / or other activity is strictly prohibited, if not expressly authorized by Inverstach S.L.
Check-in and check-out:
The reception of the guests is carried out in our office, at Església Street, 34, ground floor, 17258 Estartit. The check-in time is from 4pm to 10pm. We will give you the keys and a map to your apartment. Regular check-in time: 3pm – 7pm. Check-out: before 10 am
Use of real estate:
The client agrees to preserve and care for the apartment, as well as all its contents in perfect condition. An inspection will be carried out at the entrance and exit to make sure everything is as it was found. We reserve the right of admission.
The properties are cleaned and prepared for the cleaning staff before your arrival. The daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but can be hired as an additional service.
Although you are a temporary tenant, as in any apartment building, please be respectful of your neighbors, especially in the hallways.
We charge a 30% prepayment to guarantee the reservation. If proper notification is provided up to 30 days before arrival, we will refund your down payment. If you cancel 29 or less days before arrival, 30% prepayment will not be refunded.
Confirmation of reservations:
Booking confirmations are automatically generated on the screen when the user accepts the reservation and is also sent by email after the reservation. There is a possibility that this confirmation reaches the ‘spam’ folder in the user’s email client, so that the user, in case of not receiving this email, check all his email folders.
We recommend that you print or save this confirmation in a PDF format when your reservation ends.
